Through 5 personalized sessions, we’ll address every aspect of your health—nutrition, fitness, mindset, and personal growth. We’ll help you transform your body, balance your hormones, and boost your metabolism, while feeling confident, strong, and capable in the process.
Session 1 (45 minutes):
This is where we lay the foundation for your success. We’ll take a deep dive into your current health, your unique needs, and your personal goals. Together, we’ll create a customized plan that works for your lifestyle, challenges, and schedule. You’ll also learn how nutrition can boost your metabolism, reduce inflammation, and help your body release fat—without resistance. We’ll talk about strategies to balance your hormones, so your body can work in harmony to shed fat and boost energy.
You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how scientific principles like metabolism-boosting foods and hormones play a key role in making your weight loss and wellness goals a reality.
Session 2 (30 minutes):
A week into your new routine, we’ll check in to make sure you’re on track. This is where we make any necessary adjustments to manage cravings, refine your nutrition plan, and ensure your body is responding as expected. Together, we’ll fine-tune your goals and focus on small, actionable steps that keep you moving forward. Pilates-based workouts will also be introduced to help you improve posture, strengthen your core, and tone your body, boosting both physical and mental confidence. We’ll also ensure that your plan is sustainable, so you won’t feel deprived or overwhelmed.
Session 3 (30 minutes):
By this point, you’ve already seen changes, and now it’s time to go deeper. We’ll talk about nurturing your inner goddess, shaping your body, and building the strength you need to carry yourself with confidence—inside and out. I’ll show you how to create meals you love without sacrificing flavor or health. We’ll explore simple strategies to balance your hormones and optimize your wellness, including anti-inflammatory foods that not only make you feel better but help your body reach its full potential.
We’ll also revisit your fitness plan, ensuring that the Pilates moves you’re doing are sculpting and toning your body, while helping you improve balance and strength. These workouts won’t take hours—they’re designed to fit into your life with just 10 minutes a day.
Session 4 (30 minutes):
It’s time to check in again. We’ll review your nutrition and fitness progress, making sure everything is aligned with your goals. Whether you're strengthening an injury, healing a concern, or just fine-tuning your fitness, I’ll provide a personalized program that suits your needs. If you have any specific concerns or injuries, we’ll design a rehab plan to strengthen those areas without further injury. Most importantly, we’ll keep you motivated by nurturing your growth and confidence, so you continue to feel empowered, strong, and beautiful from the inside out.
Session 5 (30 minutes):
In this final session, we’ll set you up for long-term success. Together, we’ll evaluate your progress and discuss how you can stay on track, even when life gets busy. Accountability is key, so we’ll create a follow-up plan to keep you motivated and feeling supported. Whether you need a new workout plan or tips on maintaining your progress, I’ll provide all the guidance you need. This session is about empowering you to continue living your best life, so you don’t have to worry about falling back into old habits.
