Life is busy. I get it—because I live it too.
I’m a 46-year-old, crazy-busy mom who wears multiple hats just like you. I run a thriving health and wellness business, treat and rehabilitate clients, teach Pilates, coach two soccer teams, organize playdates, drive at NASCAR speeds between activities, whip up family dinners in five minutes, and somehow still find time to grocery shop at midnight.
Oh, and I carry around a giant (but stylish) Mary Poppins bag filled with everything from emergency snacks to a random roll of electrical tape—because you just never know.
I am blessed with a beautiful family, a job I love, and waking up each day fulfilled by helping others has left me grateful—even on tough days. This gratitude and purpose has allowed me to tap into my inner strength to juggle all that life throws at me. But it hasn’t always been easy.
Since my teens, I struggled with chronic stomach pain, hormonal imbalances, and unexplained fatigue. I exercised for hours, yet I still felt bloated, sluggish, and disconnected from my body. I had no idea that I had PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), endometriosis, and food sensitivities that contributed to hormonal imbalances. In my early 20s, despite being athletic, I still carried extra weight and constantly felt exhausted and depressed. It wasn’t until years of dealing with fertility issues and not being able to have a baby, that I began to examine my diet and realized how significantly nutrition affected my body, mood, and overall well-being.
After my youngest was born, with the support of a naturopath and my health team, I learned what my body was intolerant to and began to heal. I realized that my stomach had been in pain for years.
Through functional nutrition, movement, and healing from the inside out, I transformed not just my health but my entire approach to wellness. No more dieting. No more extremes. No more punishing my body.
I learned how to fuel myself with the right foods, optimize my metabolism, and build strength without breaking my body down.
Now, I teach others to do the same—to respect their bodies and be conscious of the foods they choose because everything is interconnected.
I’ve spent over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, helping thousands of people transform their health. My journey has taken me from owning and operating my own therapy clinic to traveling and teaching around the world—working with clients both in-person and online.
I’ve worked with professional athletes, sports teams, weekend warriors, busy parents, and individuals struggling with chronic pain, injury recovery, and metabolic issues. Over the years, I’ve refined my approach to meet my clients exactly where they are, because I understand their challenges, their pain points, and what truly works for sustainable health.

✔️ Health & Fitness Educator & Speaker – I’ve presented health and wellness seminars and workshops to diverse audiences, educating health professionals, sports teams, corporate groups, and individuals on injury prevention, movement optimization, and metabolic health.

As I evolved in my own journey, so did my philosophy.
